🐑 عسر ولادة في نعجة حامل بتوأم بسبب Ringwomb (عدم اتساع عنق الرحم)، مع تدلّي مهبلي نتيجة الحزق الشديد. تم التدخل بالقيصرية وإنقاذ الأم والجنينين.

🐑 Twin-pregnant ewe with dystocia due to Ringwomb (cervical non-dilation), complicated by vaginal prolapse. A caesarean section was performed, successfully saving the ewe and both lambs.

🐑 الفاشيولا الكبدية (Fasciola hepatica)
حالة يُشتبه بقوة في ارتباطها بالفاشيولا، مع ظهور انتفاخ تحت الفك السفلي (Bottle jaw) وهزال، وهي علامات قد تنتج عن فقدان البروتين نتيجة الإصابة الكبدية المزمنة.

🇬🇧 Fasciola hepatica
A case highly suspected to be associated with fasciolosis, presenting with bottle jaw and weight loss, consistent with chronic liver damage and protein loss.

🐏 تورم خصية الكبش مع وجود سائل حولها
تورم أحادي الجانب مع ألم، حرارة، تجمع سائل شفاف، وتضخم صلب في البربخ يشير غالبًا إلى التهاب البربخ والخصية مع Hydrocele ثانوي.
⚠️ يجب استبعاد Brucella ovis، خاصة في الكباش المخصصة للتكاثر، لأنها قد تؤثر على الخصوبة.
العلاج يعتمد على العزل، المضاد الحيوي، مضاد الالتهاب، والفحص بالإيكوغرافي، مع تجنب تفريغ السائل عشوائيًا.

🐏 Unilateral testicular swelling in a ram
Unilateral swelling with pain, fever, clear fluid accumulation, and firm epididymal enlargement strongly suggests epididymo-orchitis with secondary hydrocele.
⚠️ Brucella ovis must be ruled out, especially in breeding rams, as it can affect fertility.
Management includes isolation, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory treatment, and ultrasonographic evaluation. Avoid blind drainage of the fluid.

كلب صغير يعاني من اصفرار الأغشية المخاطية، فقدان الشهية والوهن مع وجود عدد كبير من القراد. هذه العلامات تثير الاشتباه في الأمراض المنقولة بالقراد، خاصة داء البابيزيا، الذي قد يسبب فقر دم وانحلال كريات الدم الحمراء. التشخيص يعتمد على فحص الدم واللطاخة الدموية، والعلاج المبكر ضروري لتجنب المضاعفات الخطيرة. 🐕🩸🕷️
