Nobody really prepares you for the hormonal changes your body goes through in your 40s.

The skin that suddenly feels more sensitive than ever before. The stress that shows up on your face before you even realise you’re stressed. The feeling that your body is speaking a different language than it did in your 20s and 30s.

Over the last few years, I’ve learned to stop fighting those changes and start listening to them.

To prioritise sleep.
To protect my peace.
To spend more time in nature.
To be more intentional about where my energy goes.

And to finally understand that wellness isn’t something you earn after everything else is done.

It’s the foundation.

Every change I’ve experienced in my 40s has inspired the ICONIC collection.
