Prevention - With my oldest returning to kindergarten a few days ago, we have been preparing our immune systems for all the new bacteria we will meet getting back to kindergarten. Often we only think about this when we get sick, but prevention is so much better. On guard blend is perfect for both. We use it as a preventative by applying on the feet and spine every evening before a school day, then re-apply before going out in the morning and when returning home. So far so good. I remember last year before we discovered oils, our daughter would come home with awful colds and even fevers (never had it before) each time she would be at kindergarten. It was a nightmare! After 2 months we even had to give it up because it would take her at least a week to get over each illness. This year we are way more prepared. I would highly recommend having on guard in your home especially if you have little ones 😊

This is my NEW and favorite essential oil. I use it practically every day when I need a quick ‘pick me up’ or some assurance.
The scent is so comforting but refreshing. I am so happy I have added this to my ever growing collection of essential oils!

Uplifting and mood boosting diffuser blend: 3 drops wild orange & 3 drops peppermint. This was a lifesaver this morning to get me going. highly recommend 👌 Even without a diffuser, just taking in the scent from the bottle is just as effective. Happy Sunday😀
