It’s the foundation of it. Inflamed gingiva, unstable margins, and biologic width violation were compromising both esthetics and long-term prognosis. A 6-week provisional phase was used to reshape the emergence profile, calm the inflammation, and guide the soft tissue back to health before delivering the definitive restorations.
