القشرة غالبًا بتكون نتيجة زيادة نمو فطر الـ Malassezia + التهاب فروة الرأس، وممكن تزيد مع التوتر وتغيّر الجو.

❌ غسل الشعر أكتر مش دايمًا هو الحل.
❌ والزيوت على فروة الرأس ممكن تزود المشكلة عند بعض الناس.

✅ الحل؟ Anti-dandruff shampoo مناسب + استخدامه بالطريقة الصحيحة والانتظام عليه.

ولو القشرة معاها احمرار شديد، حكة قوية أو تساقط → الأفضل الكشف عند طبيب جلدية 👩🏻‍⚕️
