مع دخول فصل الصيف، كتير من الناس بتلاحظ زيادة في تساقط الشعر أثناء الاستحمام أو التمشيط، وده ممكن يكون جزء من “التساقط الموسمي”.

طيب امتي يعتبر تساقط الشعر طبيعي🤔

* زيادة بسيطة ومؤقتة في عدد الشعرات المتساقطة.
* عدم وجود فراغات أو مناطق واضحة من قلة كثافة الشعر.
* استمرار نمو شعر جديد بشكل طبيعي.
* تحسن الحالة خلال عدة أسابيع إلى أشهر.

طيب إمتي احتاج لاستشارة طبيب جلدية؟

* إذا كان التساقط شديدًا أو مستمرًا لأكثر من 3 أشهر.
* ظهور فراغات واضحة أو ترقق ملحوظ في الشعر.
* تساقط الشعر على شكل خصلات كبيرة.
* وجود أعراض مصاحبة مثل الحكة الشديدة، القشرة، أو ألم بفروة الرأس.
* إذا كان التساقط مصحوبًا بالإرهاق أو فقدان الوزن أو اضطرابات الدورة الشهرية.

في فصل الصيف تزداد لسعات الحشرات، وغالبًا ما تكون غير خطيرة وتسبب فقط:

* احمرارًا بسيطًا.
* حكة خفيفة.
* تورمًا محدودًا يختفي خلال أيام.

لكن في بعض الحالات، قد تحتاج لسعة الحشرة إلى استشاره طبيه ،خاصةً إذا صاحبها:

* تورم شديد أو ممتد.
* ألم متزايد أو سخونة بالجلد.
* ظهور صديد أو علامات عدوى.
* انتشار الطفح الجلدي في أماكن أخرى من الجسم.
* صعوبة في التنفس أو تورم الوجه والشفتين (وتُعد حالة طارئة).

نصائح بعد لسعة الحشرة:
✔️ تجنب حك المنطقة المصابة.
✔️ استخدم كمادات باردة لتخفيف التورم والحكة.
✔️ حافظ على نظافة الجلد.

❌ Myth:Dermatologist prefer facial laser hair removal.
✅ Fact: Not all facial hair is suitable for laser treatment. Laser works best on dark, coarse (terminal) hair, while fine, light (vellus) hair often responds poorly and may, in some cases, become thicker due to paradoxical hypertrichosis. A proper skin and hair assessment is essential before starting treatment.

❌ خرافة:من المفضل إزاله شعر الوجه بالليزر.
✅ الحقيقة: ليس كل شعر الوجه مناسبًا لإزالة الشعر بالليزر. فالليزر يعطي أفضل النتائج مع الشعر السميك والداكن (Terminal hair)، بينما الشعر الرفيع والفاتح (Vellus hair) غالبًا لا يستجيب بشكل جيد، وقد يؤدي علاجه بالليزر في بعض الحالات إلى زيادة نمو الشعر فيما يُعرف بـ النمو العكسي للشعر (Paradoxical Hypertrichosis).

لذلك، فإن تقييم نوع الشعر ولون البشرة بواسطة طبيب الجلدية قبل بدء جلسات الليزر هو الخطوة الأهم للحصول على أفضل النتائج وتجنب المضاعفات.
