If you’re interested in joining our full-time program, the open week is the first step in the application process.
During this week, you will have the opportunity to experience our method firsthand. Train, sweat, challenge yourself, and immerse yourself in the discipline that shapes life at Meshkah. It is also a chance to meet our teachers, connect with students and disciples and get a real sense of the school.

The goal is to attend as many classes as you can. Applicants who attend the entire Open Week will have their 500 EGP application fee waived. On the final day of Open Week (Thursday) at 7:30 PM, we will host a Q&A session where we will share all details of the Full-Time Program, including curriculum, schedule, expectations, and costs. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions you have. Application forms will be released immediately following the Q&A session.

Spots are limited, so registration is required. To reserve your place or ask questions about the program (schedule, fees, etc) - send us a WhatsApp message or an Instagram DM.

Applications for Meshkah’s 2-Year Traditional Chinese Energetics Program will be opening soon. Traditional Chinese Energetics is the study of the human being. Through the understanding of concepts such as Yin & Yang, the Five Elements, Qi, Blood, and the body’s energetic pathways, we learn to observe how internal and external forces shape our physical, emotional, and mental state.

In this system, the body is not separate from its environment. Heat, cold, dampness, dryness, wind — all influence the movement of Qi within us. When energy flows correctly, harmony is maintained. When it stagnates, imbalance appears.

This program is an invitation to study the body deeply:
Its rhythms, its signals, its patterns, and its connection to the natural world.

Begins September 2026.
