Eureka Consultancy is looking for an experienced freelance professional to support our healthcare projects through:

• Training customer service and call center teams in medical centers on Selling Skills, Communication, Patient Handling, and Service Excellence
• Improving conversion, customer engagement, and overall patient experience
• Providing practical consultation and support for healthcare and medical-center projects
• Contributing to workflow improvement, team readiness, and service development

Preferred Profile:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center training
• Previous experience within the healthcare or medical sector is highly preferred
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to deliver practical, interactive, and results-driven training
• Experience in healthcare consultation or project support is an advantage
• Available on a freelance or part-time basis

We are proud to announce a new collaboration between Eureka Consultancy and Alexandria eye hospital مستشفى الاسكندرية للعيون to support the hospital’s journey toward GAHAR accreditation.
Through this partnership, Eureka will work closely with the hospital’s leadership and teams to build a realistic accreditation readiness plan, identify key gaps, strengthen quality and patient safety systems, enhance operational compliance, and provide practical training aligned with the hospital’s actual workflow.
