Madina Women’s Hospital is seeking an experienced physician to join our leadership team as a Deputy Hospital Director.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and the ability to ensure efficient hospital operations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service excellence.
Job Requirements:
* M.B.B.Ch. (Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery) is required.
* Previous experience in hospital administration or healthcare management is required.
* Candidates with a background in Obstetrics & Gynecology or General Surgery are highly preferred.
* Age: 35–45 years.
* Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to supervise daily hospital operations and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to work under pressure and ensure smooth hospital operations.
Working Hours:
* 7 hours/day
