A remarkable transformation in a challenging case of severe infantile hemangioma involving the periocular and facial areas in an infant patient..!!

A combined treatment protocol using Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL) together with oral propranolol was initiated early, leading to dramatic regression of the vascular lesion with excellent functional and cosmetic improvement. 🙏🌹

A tailored treatment protocol was implemented combining different technologies targeting both the vascular and structural components of striae:
