🩺 حالة نادرة… وتحضير أصعب من العملية نفسها!

وصل لنا مريض يعاني من Autosomal Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD)، وكان قد وصل إلى فشل كلوي متقدم ويحتاج إلى جلسات غسيل كلوي منتظمة حتى يستطيع الاستمرار في الحياة.

حالته كانت متقدمة ومعقدة لدرجة أن إجراء جراحة السمنة كان مرفوضًا في أماكن كثيرة.

لكننا قررنا أن نعطيه فرصة. ❤️

🔹 استمر التحضير للعملية أكثر من شهر.
🔹 كان لابد من ضبط التحاليل والـ Electrolytes بدقة شديدة.
🔹 توقيت العملية كان يجب أن يكون محسوبًا بعناية، خصوصًا بالنسبة لجلسة الغسيل.
🔹 وفي نفس الوقت، كان علينا التعامل مع أدوية السيولة المرتبطة بالغسيل الكلوي، لتحقيق التوازن بين خطر النزيف وخطر الجلطات.
🔹 كل تفصيلة في التحضير كانت محسوبة قبل أن ندخل غرفة العمليات.

كانت من الحالات التي تحتاج إلى تخطيط دقيق جدًا وتعاون بين أكثر من تخصص.

والحمد لله… تمت العملية بنجاح. 🙏❤️

اليوم، وبعد شهر واحد فقط من العملية، المريض بخير، ويتابع معنا، وبدأ بالفعل في فقدان الوزن.

The driver replied: "Which patients?"
Dr. Tamer said: "The visitors from the UK."

The driver looked surprised and said: "You mean they're patients? I thought they were doctors! How could doctors leave the UK and come all the way to Egypt for surgery?" 😄
