مش كل فشل بيكون سببه الـ endodontic treatment نفسه…
في حالات كتير المشكلة الأساسية بتكون في الـ coronal seal والـ prosthetic design غير الدقيق، وده بيؤدي مع الوقت لـ microleakage, recurrent contamination، وفقدان الـ structural integrity للسن.
في الحالة دي تم إعادة تقييم وعلاج عدة أسنان previously treated endodontically، مع إزالة restorations و crowns غير الدقيقة، ثم إعادة التأهيل باستخدام
3D printed restorations
بتصميم أكثر دقة لتحقيق:
• Better marginal adaptation
• Proper occlusal anatomy
• Improved ferrule effect
• More predictable coronal seal
الهدف مش مجرد تغيير شكل التركيبات…
لكن استعادة biological stability وlong-term prognosis بشكل أكثر تحفظًا ودقة

A direct composite crown is a full-coverage restoration built intraorally using adhesive resin composites. It relies on enamel–dentin bonding to restore severely damaged teeth through a minimally invasive, additive technique. Modern nanohybrid composites provide adequate strength, wear resistance, and esthetics, making this approach suitable for transitional or definitive restorations in selected cases. While not a substitute for indirect ceramics in heavy-load situations, it remains a conservative, cost-effective, and easily repairable option
