مطلوب موظفي استقبال
📋 الشروط:
🔴 مؤهل عالٍ (تجارة، حاسبات ومعلومات، أو ما يعادلها).
🔴 حسن المظهر واللباقة في التعامل.
🔴 إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
🔴 إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Microsoft Office.
🔴 القدرة على التعامل مع البريد الإلكتروني والمراسلات الرسمية.
🔴 مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع العملاء والمرضى.
🔴 يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء.
🔴 يفضل وجود خبرة في المجال الطبي.
🔴 القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.

📋 Requirements:
🔴 Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent).
🔴 Good appearance and excellent communication skills.
🔴 Good command of the English language.
🔴 Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
🔴 Ability to handle emails and official correspondence.
🔴 Excellent communication skills with clients and patients.
🔴 Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred.
🔴 Previous experience in the medical field is preferred.
🔴 Ability to work effectively within a team and handle work pressure.
