🔹 Senior Tax Specialist

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Position Purpose:
To ensure accurate tax compliance, effective tax reporting, and proper implementation of tax regulations while supporting the company’s financial objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
• Prepare, review, and submit various tax declarations including Corporate Tax, VAT, Payroll Tax, and Withholding Tax.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws, regulations, and company procedures.
• Handle tax inspections, audits, and official communications with tax authorities.
• Analyze tax transactions and provide recommendations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Monitor tax legislation updates and ensure timely implementation.
• Support continuous improvement of tax processes and financial controls.

🔹 Head of Tax Unit

Experience: 5 – 7 Years

Position Purpose:
To lead tax operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop effective tax strategies that support business sustainability and financial efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:
• Lead and manage the Tax Unit, ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance.
• Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all tax filings, reports, reconciliations, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax audits and represent the company with tax authorities.
• Identify potential tax risks and provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive process improvement and develop team capabilities.

Candidate Profile:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
âś” Strong practical experience with ARB Oracle Financials.
âś” Excellent command of English language (Written & Spoken).
âś” Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
âś” Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
âś” Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
âś” Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
âś” Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise mechanical projects from planning to ex*****on and final handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, safety, and budget control.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities (Must Have Experience In):
• Develop, review, and approve Validation Master Plans (VMP).
• Plan and execute Equipment, Utilities, and Facility Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols and reports.
• Lead Process Validation and Cleaning Validation activities.
• Manage Computer System Validation (CSV) activities where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
