الفيلر في الجسم مناسب لمناطق صغيرة… مش بديل لعمليات جراحية زي تكبير المؤخرة والثدي ده غير أن ليه أضرار.

Body filler can work well for targeted areas like hip dips, but large-volume augmentation would require much more product, higher cost, and the result is temporary.

It has a role but a very specific one.
