أوقات كتير بنلاحظ إن التركيز بقى أقل من المعتاد، أو إن استرجاع المعلومات مش بنفس السرعة والكفاءة اللي إحنا متعودين عليها.

وده مش دايمًا بيكون بسبب الإرهاق أو قلة النوم، لكن في بعض الأحيان قد يكون مرتبطًا بعدم حصول المخ والجهاز العصبي على العناصر الغذائية اللازمة للقيام بوظائفهما بكفاءة.

فالمخ يعتمد على مجموعة من الفيتامينات والعناصر الغذائية الأساسية لدعم وظائفه المختلفة، مثل التركيز، والذاكرة، والانتباه، وكفاءة الإشارات العصبية.

ولهذا قد يوصي الأطباء في بعض الحالات بمكملات غذائية تحتوي على هذه العناصر، للمساعدة في دعم الأداء الذهني، وتحسين التركيز، ودعم الذاكرة، خاصةً عند وجود احتياجات غذائية متزايدة أو نقص في بعض العناصر.

وتذكّر أن المكملات الغذائية ليست بديلًا عن النظام الغذائي المتوازن أو نمط الحياة الصحي، وإنما وسيلة داعمة عند الحاجة، وفقًا لتقييم الطبيب أو الصيدلي.

مع تغير الفصول، أو التعرض للغبار، أو حتى بعد الأنشطة اليومية المعتادة، قد تظهر لدى بعض الأطفال والكبار أعراض تنفسية متكررة مثل:

• السعال المستمر.
• الصفير أو التزييق بالصدر.
• ضيق التنفس.
• أعراض حساسية الأنف مثل العطس والرشح المتكرر.

هذه الأعراض لا تكون دائمًا مرتبطة بنزلات البرد، بل قد تنتج عن استجابة تحسسية مفرطة تؤدي إلى التهاب الشعب الهوائية وزيادة إفراز المخاط، مما يؤثر على راحة المريض وجودة حياته.

ولهذا يعتمد الأطباء في بعض الحالات على العلاجات الوقائية التي تساعد على تقليل الاستجابة التحسسية ودعم صحة الجهاز التنفسي على المدى الطويل، بما يساهم في الحد من تكرار الأعراض وتحسين التحكم بها.

تذكّر أن أدوية الحساسية والربو الوقائية ليست علاجًا فوريًا للأعراض، وإنما جزء من خطة علاجية يحددها الطبيب وفقًا للحالة الصحية لكل مريض.
