Recommendations are based on the results of research that lasted 4 years, a study on elite distinguished international players
Research samples were obtained at the two Olympic Games, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2024. The results and recommendations were reached and discussed in a strong master’s thesis. Shoulder syndrome had not been discussed before in light of the standard shoulder muscles 8 and it was recommended.
The need to pay attention to developing a strategy for all teams
For players, preventive programs are included as one of the basic components for preventing injury and thus making the most of the players’ abilities, and also which allows saving effort and money for development processes, not rehabilitation.

CRAMPSMuscle

cramps are muscle contractions that do not cease and that will continue until proper treatment isterm consequences. One has no control over when a muscle cramp is going to occur. They can strike during activity, during rest or even during sleep. While no one knows exactly what causes muscle cramps, there are several factors that are associated with them. Muscles that are fatigued, injured or exposed to extreme temperatures are more prone to cramping. Dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, mineral deficiency, impaired circulation or other more serious disorders may cause muscles to cramp. Some people, often those who sweat profusely, are predisposed to muscle cramps and get them quite regularly, while others have never experienced a cramp. include any cramp that occurs while a person is atrest. They often affect the calf muscle and the small muscles in the feet. Heat cramps are most often associated with dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Heatcramps occur most often after the athlete has been exercising for an hour or more in the heat. Athletes may be more prone to heat cramps after several days of exercising in extreme heat. Heat cramps may occur in any of the skeletal muscles, but are most common in the large muscles in the arms and legs, especially the calf muscles. Heat cramps often occur at the beginning of the warm weather season before athletes have had an opportunity to acclimate themselves to the environment and when the body is more prone to losing fluids

may be helpful in monitoring fluid loss.

Prevention of Heat-Related Muscle CrampsThe following steps should help to prevent many heat-related muscle cramps.·Drink Plenty Of Fluids. Urine color is the key to determining how well-hydrated an athlete is. Cleaurine indicates adequate hydration, yellow urine indicates dehydration and pale urine indicates that tathlete is somewhere between hydration and dehydration. Athlete weigh-ins before and after practicmay be helpful in monitoring fluid loss.Get Enough Electrolytes. While it is most important to replace fluids lost from sweating, one canforget aboutelectrolytes. Replacement of sodium and potassium are suspected to prevent muscleyour meals.Potassium levels can be maintained by eating bananas and oranges or drinking orangejuice. Many popular sports drinks will help fulfill this need.

Correcting your position

The pain is worse bending over, sitting, driving
and especially getting out of a chair when the
back feels a little stuck. Feels better when
lying face down and arching backward. More
low back hollow is required. Let your weight
come forward towards the balls of the feet.

Applies to those whose pain is worse
standing relaxed, leaning backward, lying
face down, eased by half-sitting on desk,
or stool. Less low back hollow is required,
more flattening of pelvis. Stand with your
weight back, towards heels

A 1 -Straighten knees, placing weight on balls of feet to allow hollow in small of back.
Straighten upper back; stand tall. Draw back head on shoulders.
A2 -Allow hollow in small of back, but flatten stomach muscles. Stand tall through upper
spine; straighten head and shoulders.
A3 - Too straight; let hollow come into small of back – stand with weight on balls of feet.

The neutral position has tolerance and is the ideal posture, but varies between
individuals. Stand with weight balanced over the middle of both feet, with slight
hollow in the low back, stomach muscles gently tightened and upper back
straightened. Draw chin and head back, not up. Don’t just draw your shoulders back
like a sergeant major.
