How to Prepare for Laser Hair Removal
If you are planning on undergoing laser hair removal, you should limit plucking, waxing, and electrolysis for six weeks before treatment. That's because the laser targets the hairs' roots, which are temporarily removed by waxing or plucking.
You should also avoid sun exposure for six weeks before and after treatment. Sun exposure makes laser hair removal less effective and makes complications after treatment more likely.

الام الثدي :
تنتشر آلام الثدي لدى السيدات بشكل شائع. وتأتي تلك الآلام بأشكال عديدة، فهناك من يصفنهابأنها مؤلمة عند اللمس أو حارقة بشكل حاد، كما وأن هناك من يشعرن بضيق أو وعورة في أنسجة الثدي، وذلك فضلا عن أشكال أخرى لهذا الألم, وعلى الرغم من أن هذه الآلام غالبا ما تعود لسبب حميد، إلا أن السبب في بعض الأحيان يكون سرطانيا خبيثا، ما يدل على ضرورة استشارة الطبيبة حول هذه الآلام، خصوصا إن لم يكن لها سبب معلوم، أو لم تزل بعد الحيضة التالية، أو استمرت لما بعد انقطاع الحيض من دون أن تكون السيدة مستخدمة لعلاج هرموني.
