Our main goals are to change lives, increase activity levels, and improve dietary habits. Teaching clients to enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, encouraging and motivating them to engage in regular physical activity as well.

Going in parallel with both MSc degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dip in Sports Nutrition in the same time was very difficult and demanding yet everything shall pass

Very excited to put all my knowledge into the Sports Nutrition field in Egypt backed with Science and inspired by some of the world’s leading sports nutrition scientists
