Thank you for a beautiful evening of Celestial communication. A sacred moving meditation that combines mantra, mudra, breath, music, and intuitive upper body movement to awaken creativity, emotional flow, and deep connection to the soul.

Join me in my next workshop , where you will be guided through the foundations of Celestial Communication — a deeply meditative practice rooted in Kundalini Yoga that merges graceful movement with sacred sound and stillness.

Often described as the “dance of the soul,” this practice allows meditation to become embodied through the rhythm of mantra and movement. It is not about performance or choreography, but about presence, expression, and allowing the body to become a channel for prayer, healing, and inner connection.

Together we will explore:
• Kundalini Yoga kriya, breathwork, and meditation to prepare the body and mind
• The foundations and principles of Celestial Communication
• Mantra and sacred sound as tools for transformation and emotional release
• Intuitive movement and mudra to awaken creativity and self-expression
• Practices to strengthen the heart center, intuition, and radiant presence
• Deep relaxation and integration

This workshop offers a nurturing and uplifting space to reconnect with your inner guidance, creativity, and authentic expression. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more open, inspired, and deeply connected to yourself.

Suitable for all levels. No previous experience in yoga, meditation, or movement is required.

This is called the Kriya for Becoming Intuitive.

One thing I love about Kundalini Yoga kriyas is that they bring you back to direct experience. You move at your own pace, without noise, without external influence, without performance. It is simply you, your breath, and specific mudras that align your pranic energy with higher awareness.

The first mudra is Jupiter Mudra, connecting you with wisdom and the expansive intelligence of Jupiter.

The second posture aligns you with the seventh chakra and the tenth gate, creating a sense of blessing and connection to universal intelligence.

The third posture lifts awareness from the body into the heart and into expanded states of consciousness, supporting the opening and integration of all seven chakras.

The final posture grounds everything into the navel center, your centre of power, identity, and embodied awareness.

Move slowly. Let the breath guide you.

⸻

1. Jupiter Mudra + Whistling Breath — 7 min
Left hand on heart. Right hand in Jupiter mudra.
Inhale deeply through the nose → hold → exhale slowly with a soft whistle.
Switch sides after.

2. Crown Awareness — 4 min
Hand above or on head. Other hand in Jupiter mudra.
Same breath: inhale → hold → whistling exhale.

3. Overhead Stretch — 2.5 min
Fingers interlaced, arms reach overhead.
Spine long, breath steady.

4. Heart Center — 3.5 min
Hands at heart. Rest. Natural breath.

5. Navel Activation — 3 min
Hands at navel. On each “Har,” draw the navel in.

Close — 3 rounds
Elbow lock. Inhale, hold 5–10 sec, squeeze body, exhale.

Intuition is what remains when internal noise settles.

there is a part of you that
sees beyond what is visible
beyond words.
beyond certainty.

the magician does not force reality —
he listens to it.

he moves through symbols, dreams, intuition, and silence…
trusting what cannot yet be explained.

but when ungrounded,
he can lose himself in illusion, projection, or hidden power games.

the path is not to reject the unseen —
but to learn to walk with it consciously.

to become clear in what you feel…
and responsible for what you see.

A powerful kriya to create a more loving relationship with yourself, dissolve fear, strengthen the heart center, and become available to receive love. Through this kriya, love can be invoked and fear reduced.

This practice works deeply on the magnetic field + aura through self-blessing, breath, presence, and devotion to the Self.

✨ PART 1 — Reverse Adi Shakti Kriya
Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine.

• Right palm hovers 6–9 inches above the crown, facing down, blessing yourself
• Left palm faces outward, blessing the world
• Eyes closed, focused at the lunar center (middle of the chin)
• Long, slow, deep breaths
• Work toward:
20 sec inhale
20 sec hold
20 sec exhale

⏳ 11 minutes

This kriya can bring awareness to stored anger, emotional tension, and energetic imbalance. With consistent practice, it helps cultivate self-love, softness, and inner connection.

✨ PART 2
Extend both arms straight forward, parallel to the ground, palms down. Stretch fully.

• Eyes closed at the lunar center
• Long, slow, deep breathing

⏳ 3 minutes

Benefits the entire area between the neck + navel, strengthens the heart, and opens the heart center.

✨ PART 3
Stretch both arms straight overhead, palms facing forward, elbows straight.

• Eyes closed at the lunar center
• Continue long, slow, deep breathing

⏳ 3 minutes

TO FINISH:
Inhale deeply + hold the breath for 10 seconds while stretching upward and tightening the whole body.
Exhale.
Repeat 3 times.

17 minutes a day can transform your inner relationship with yourself. 🤍

The King’s archetype is of sovereign consciousness seated in vision, clarity, and higher responsibility. His throne.

He does not rule through force, but through frequency.

Through presence, discernment, and the steady power of truth, he brings order to chaos and unity to the field he holds.

When aligned with heart, his leadership becomes compassion in action.

When disconnected, he forgets generosity and kindness and turns to control through power and intellect.

To awaken the King is to return to purpose, to lead from clarity, and to serve from an open heart.

If this is stirring something within you, the journey continues inside The Eight Archetypes — where you meet the deeper architecture of your inner world.

Pittra Kriya — a powerful practice from the teachings of Kundalini Yoga to alleviate stress and restore vitality.

This kriya consists of three exercises, practiced together.
Each exercise should be done for 3 to 11 minutes — no less, no more.

✨ The effects:
– Supports the glandular system
– Stimulates the liver
– Deeply relaxes the body and mind
– Balances the chakras
– Regulates the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems

Traditionally, this kriya was practiced in times of grief or emotional shock. Yogis would stand in a river — a symbol of life’s flow — and move water over the body to help reset the brain and release the frozen state that stress creates.

You don’t need a river, and you don’t need belief — only your presence.
Practiced consistently, this kriya can create profound shifts.

Restore your vitality… and your virtues naturally follow.
