💦💦💦 The Moon and the Sea Theory 💦💦💦💦

Why doesn't the influence of some people end when the relationship ends?

The real problem when an important relationship ends in our lives is that we always equate the importance of a person with the idea that they have to stay with us for life.

We forget that some people just pass through our lives at precisely the right moment, to awaken a dormant passion within us, to teach us a lesson we needed, or to help us get back on our feet in a difficult moment.

And as soon as they fulfill their role, their journey with us ends. 😔😔

Of course, their departure causes pain, but this pain doesn't mean that what they offered was worthless. They were a beautiful and important chapter in the book of your life.

But they're not the whole book. 👉👉👉

"And here comes the idea of "the moon and the sea."

The moon greatly influences the sea and moves its waves, but the moon doesn't live inside the sea, nor can the sea swallow it to keep it.
To overcome this pain and benefit from the impact they left, you need to stop asking yourself wearily, "Why did they leave?" and start asking, "What good did they leave me?" 👌
Look for the gift you gained, whether it's greater self-confidence or a new skill you discovered. Take the good part and let the person go in peace.

And most importantly, never tie your self-worth to the presence of someone.

It's wonderful to leave a mark on your heart for someone you love, but it's absolutely wrong to feel that your life has lost its meaning without them. Accept the idea that some relationships serve a specific purpose in your journey of psychological growth, and that's all.

Always remember that no matter how high the waves rise and how much they lift and fall due to the moon's gravity, in the end... It calms down again...

And you are the sea; a complete, vast, deep, and independent entity. The experience may have made you more mature and aware, but this person's presence wasn't what filled the missing piece in you.
