Labrum tear doesn’t always mean surgery 🦴

Whether it’s shoulder or hip, a torn labrum can heal and function well with the right rehab program. Surgery isn’t always the first step — it depends on the tear type, your activity level, and how your joint responds to conservative treatment first.

Here’s what proper rehab focuses on:
✅ Restoring joint stability through targeted strengthening
✅ Improving proprioception (your joint’s sense of position)
✅ Gradual return to full range of motion
✅ Addressing the movement pattern that may have contributed to the tear
