Surgery is a symphony, not a solo performance. 🎼
The surgeon, the scrub nurse, the sterilization team, the machines, and every small detail all matter.
After 25 years in cataract surgery, I can honestly say she is the most professional and skilled scrub nurse I have ever worked with.
Grateful for great teamwork. 🙏
