بعد ما أخدنا مع بعض الجزء النظري، وفهمنا أساسيات فحص قلب الجنين، الـ anatomy، الـ views المهمة، وطريقة التفكير المنظمة في تقييم الـ fetal heart…
جه الوقت إننا ننقل الكلام ده من المحاضرة للواقع العملي.

لأن Fetal Echocardiography مش مجرد إنك تشوف صورة على الشاشة…
ده علم محتاج عين مدرّبة، ترتيب في التفكير، فهم للتشريح، ودقة في التقاط الـ views وتفسيرها صح.

في التدريب العملي هنتعلم خطوة بخطوة:
✅ إزاي نبدأ الفحص بطريقة منظمة
✅ إزاي نطلع الـ standard fetal cardiac views
✅ تقييم الـ 4-chamber view بشكل صحيح
✅ متابعة الـ outflow tracts
✅ ملاحظة العلامات اللي ممكن تكشف abnormality بدري

✅ أهم الأخطاء الشائعة وإزاي نتجنبها
