: Somabay to host the 2nd Egypt International Equestrian Competition in 2026! 🐎🔥

Today, we’re at the Ministry of Youth and Sports headquarters in the New Administrative Capital for the official press conference announcing the 2nd edition of Egypt International Equestrian Competition – Somabay 2026. 🇪🇬🏆

Following a successful first edition held from 26–28 March 2026, bringing together 150–200 riders from across Egypt, the competition is officially returning for another edition.

Organised in partnership with the Egyptian Equestrian Federation (EEF) and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the event is part of Egypt’s growing focus on sports tourism and major sporting events.

A HEART-STOPPING MOMENT 🇪🇬🏋️‍♀️

Egyptian weightlifter Nora Essam fainted and fell during her competition at the 2026 Mediterranean Games, leaving everyone watching deeply concerned.

Thankfully, Nora received immediate medical attention and is doing well now. ❤️‍🩹
