If you do this exercise 100 times a day, your arms will slim down, your arm will tighten and look better without sagging, your leg muscles will tighten, you will get rid of thigh chafing, your buttocks will become more sculpted and look better, you will get rid of rounded shoulders and back curvature, and your overall posture will look very nice.
