Refund Policy
A full refund is eligible before start our services.
For boarding hotel full refund if before start boarding time.
partial refund depended on the days of boarding hotel.
For travelling Documentation :-
No refund if started the travelling steps.
but full refund before starting.
No refund totally and partially at the cases of :-
1- Consultations
2- Vaccinations
3- Diagnosis kits ( lab or x-ray or ultra sound )
- Valid receipt and payment receipt is a Must for refund.
- To initiate a return please contact our support team.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method with in 24 hrs consider the holidays and official off days .
