TUNH - Tanta Urology & Nephrology Hospital TUNH is a new hospital affiliated to Tanta University. The hospital is designed and built following the latest and highest standards of hospitals.

Tanta Urology & Nephrology Hospital (TUNH) is a new hospital affiliated to Tanta University. The ground floor is the administrative and teaching floor as it contains two smart classrooms and one lecture hall. Furthermore, it has a VIP loungue for visitors and a cafeteria, together with the administration offices. The first and second floor are dedicated for dialysis and are equipped with the latest dialysis machines that can serve both adults and pediatrics. The third and fourth floors contains the Operative capsules (there are 8 highest standard OR capsules). The fifth floor is dedicated to research and scientific activity as it contains multiple research labs and a conference hall.

A case presented with symptoms and signs consistent with cushing syndrome (newly-diagnosed HTN, DM, Abdominal Stria Rubra along with centripetal obesity with OSAS). Cushing Syndrome was suspected with labs revealing an ACTH-independent Cushing syndrome.
Furthermore, U/S and CT revealed a right 2 cm adrenal mass.
A challenging successful Laparoscopic adrenalectomy was performed
with enlarged hepatic right lobe encroaching over the adrenal gland and strictly obsecuring over a short right adrenal vein.

في وحدة جراحة مسالك الأطفال بطب طنطا ،، فريق العمل اتم بحمد الله جراحة تعتبر من الجراحات النادرة و الصعبة و التي تحتاج لخبرة عالية في مناظير البطن الجراحية. لزراعة حالب الكلي بمنظار البطن من داخل المثانة لطفل عمره سنة Vesicoscopic lap ureteric reimplantation .. و دي من الجراحات اللي بتتعمل في مراكز معينه حول العالم .. لاصلاح ارتجاع البول من المثانة للحالب في الاطفال.. الحالة خرجت بعد التحسن .. شكرا لفريق العمل و الإدارة الحكيمة بمركز المسالك بطنطا و قسم المسالك و كلية الطب جامعة طنطا علي توفير اللازم لاجراء الجراحه الصعبه دي..
