Valentine Bath Bombs 🛁🤍 (because it’s coming right around the corner)

This is SUPER easy and fun to make if you are looking for a DIY this Valentine’s with the kids!!! I have also have a print out sheet you can attach to the bombs (just DM ME and I’ll send it) 😊 Have fun!!!!

🛁 Bath bomb Recipe:

• -1 cup baking soda

• -1/2 cup citric acid

• -1/2 cup epsom salts

• -1/2 cup corn starch

Then mix 4 tablespoons of coconut oil, then add any colors or essential oils that you like to your bath bomb! Melt so its liquid.

Then add into the dry mix...mix together and place into mold of choice, let sit for a few min then take out and place somewhere where they can sit to harden overnight!!! Easy Peasy!!!

We used 10 drops of Peppermint + 10 drops Eucalyptus...they smell SOOO good!!!!!

You know those times where you get stuck into your own head of feeling low, sad, depressed and feeling like you are just drowning and trapped and can’t get out? 🙋‍♀️

Yes, me too. You are NOT alone. Having to take control over our own head can sometimes feel impossible and we can get stuck in our head for sometimes longer than we want.

Here are some things that I do, in which has helped me to get out of my head, and into feeling stronger.

➖HOW TO GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD➖
1. Release judgement of your thoughts. It is totally ok to lose it sometimes.
2. Recite a mantra and stick with it. (I am strong, I am beautiful, I am unique, I am deserving, I am blossoming ect ect)
3. Clear outer noise. Don’t allow others to effect how you live your life…
4. Re-direct your thoughts onto something that brings you joy (music helps me ALOT, even playing a happy song)
5. Remember to stay in the ‘now’. Focus on TODAY. Not yesterday, and Not tomorrow. Focus on RIGHT NOW.
