Today we experienced something truly special. 🤍

Simple ballet movements, live music, and a space where everyone could simply be themselves. The music was composed and performed by .composer , who transformed her own healing journey into beautiful art.

Sometimes life’s greatest challenges reveal gifts we never knew we had—music, poetry, movement, painting, or simply the courage to express what words cannot.

At the end of the session, each person chose a word of strength. Some shared it, others kept it quietly in their hearts. A beautiful reminder that healing touches not only the body, but also the soul.

Thank you all for your trust, your openness, and for sharing this beautiful moment together. 🤍.
Hoy vivimos un momento realmente especial. 🤍

Movimientos sencillos de ballet, música en vivo y un espacio donde cada persona pudo sentirse libre para ser ella misma. La música fue compuesta e interpretada por .piano , quien transformó su propio camino de sanación en una hermosa expresión artística.

A veces, los mayores desafíos de la vida despiertan talentos que ni siquiera sabíamos que llevábamos dentro: la música, la poesía, el movimiento, la pintura o, simplemente, el valor de expresar lo que el corazón siente.

Al finalizar la sesión, cada persona eligió una palabra de fortaleza. Algunas la compartieron; otras prefirieron guardarla en silencio. Un hermoso recordatorio de que la sanación no solo ocurre en el cuerpo, sino también en el alma.
