Fertility and diet: scientific evidence points to ultra-processed foods as a risk factor🧐
The relationship between diet and fertility is arousing growing interest among researchers. Although factors such as age, genetics or certain pathologies are still determinants, the most recent evidence suggests that the quality of the diet can also influence the reproductive capacity of both men and women.
