Gentle Reminder- The Reiki Room is closed for the next week whilst I rest and enjoy some family time-
August availability is already very limited

At New Year I made a conscious effort to step aside a little more from the social media platforms and as much as I still float in and out and I apologise my business page is awful, but it has been necessary for me to take this breather for myself

Everyone is becoming so hard wired to connecting to everything that’s not around them. I find it a little sad. And whilst it’s nice to share little moments, and beautiful seeing peoples special moments that they share, do we really need to share every single thing? Do we really crave this validation? Are we addicts to the ever growing “influencer” 🥱 industry
