🚨 Spleen dysfunction = blocked trunk rotation! ❌

When the trunk can’t rotate left, neighboring segments – neck, knees, ankles – take the overload 💥🦵

Due to fascial and visceral connections, spleen dysfunction can limit the trunk’s rotational freedom to the left, altering lumbopelvic mechanics and creating compensatory movement patterns. When the trunk cannot rotate properly, overload is transferred to neighboring segments – such as the neck, knees, and ankle joints – increasing tension and the risk of discomfort or injury.⚠️⚡

When the spleen loses its physiological glide, it restricts proper trunk rotation, leading to tension and asymmetry during movement.

❗️Limited left trunk rotation
❗️Tension in the anterior torso and left obliques
❗️Lower back discomfort
❗️Pelvic stiffness
❗️Altered gait and movement patterns
❗️Lumbopelvic asymmetry

The correlation between kidney and hip extension 🏃🏻‍♂️

Reduced kidney mobility may influence hip extension ✅

Due to the anatomical and fascial connections between the kidneys and the psoas - visceral restrictions can increase anterior hip tension and limit proper hip extension.

When the kidney loses its physiological glide, it may alter lumbopelvic mechanics and create compensatory patterns during gait and extension-based movements.
