Thomas Paloschi MD | Dr. Longevity™..
Your brain adapts to what you repeat.

Repeated thoughts strengthen neural pathways through neuroplasticity. Over time, these patterns can influence how your nervous system responds: persistent threat-focused thinking may repeatedly activate the stress response, affecting sleep, digestion, mood, immune regulation and recovery.

The good news is that the brain can change.

What has been learned can be reshaped through repetition, attention, emotional regulation and new experiences.

Start paying attention to your thoughts.
Not to judge them just to notice what you are repeatedly training your brain and nervous system to expect.

The goal is not forced positivity.
It is creating healthier patterns, one repetition at a time.

A existir. 💖🫂

🧠 Warm connection, affection, and genuine closeness activate the same neural pathways that help strengthen resilience, support memory, and protect long‑term brain health✅. When we nurture love in all its forms, romantic, platonic, familial, or even the love we show ourselves, we’re giving our brains a kind of nourishment that lasts far beyond the moment. Explore the image to see the mechanisms behind love and how it can be neuroprotective. (1,2,3,4) Healthy, loving relationships encourage regular social interaction, shared experiences, and meaningful connection. All of that keeps your brain engaged, emotionally supported, and cognitively active, which is linked to better mental well‑being and a lower risk of long‑term brain decline🛡️.(4) There are many powerful factors that work together to safeguard your brain as you age: movement 🚶‍♀️, mental engagement 🧩, restful sleep 😴, and — often overlooked, consistent, brain-targeted nutrition 🥗 Following a strict diet can be challenging, which is where RELEVATE can help. Inspired by the Mediterranean and MIND diets, both shown to reduce Alzheimer’s risk by over 50%, RELEVATE delivers 17 key nutrients to help fill the nutritional gaps that are common even in healthy diets.(5) Let RELEVATE provide a solid foundation for your brain, so you can enjoy the season while staying focused on the habits that matter most for lifelong brain health. cognitivereserve brainhealthyhabits strongbrain brainhealth neuroscience neuroplasticity oxytocin alzheimersprevention braindecline dailyhabits powerfulhabits healthyhabits brainhabits brainfunction neuroreserve
