“I don’t usually make astrology videos… but when I read this Capricorn message, it stopped me.

It said we’ve spent so much of our lives trying to prove our worth… instead of simply living it.

And I wonder…

Have you ever felt like no matter how much inner work you do… it’s still not enough?

Or maybe you’re always trying to be the good woman…
the strong woman…
the one who has it all together.

Do you ever feel exhausted from carrying the responsibility of proving you’re worthy of love, respect, or belonging?

As a Capricorn Sun and Capricorn Rising… I felt this in my bones.

Because for years, I believed I had to earn love.
Earn belonging.
Earn my place in the world by achieving more, healing more, becoming more.

I chased the next version of myself… until one day I realized something.

The woman I was trying so hard to become… was already here.

What actually needed to change wasn’t my worth.

It was my nervous system.
My relationship with my body.
My ability to finally feel safe enough to stop proving.

And maybe that’s what this Lion’s Gate is really inviting us into.

Not becoming someone new…

But remembering who you are when you stop performing.

So let me ask you…

Where in your life are you still trying to earn something that was never meant to be earned?

Tell me in the comments… I’d genuinely love to hear.”

Health is not healing,
healing is awareness of states of conscious and prevent.
Your heart is doing far more than pumping blood.

It is constantly generating an electromagnetic field in the shape of a torus—a living, flowing field that extends beyond your physical body.

Research from the HeartMath Institute suggests that when we experience emotions like gratitude, compassion, love, or genuine appreciation, this field becomes more coherent. Instead of chaotic signals, your heart, brain, and nervous system begin communicating in harmony.

And something beautiful happens.

You think more clearly.
You respond instead of react.
Your body feels safer.
Your intuition becomes easier to hear.

Your internal state begins to influence how you experience the world around you.

We are not separate from our environment. We are constantly in relationship with it, through our presence, our nervous system, our breath, and the energy we embody.

This is why I love combining the Sufi Grind, Ujjayi Breath, and the Shiva Knot.

These aren’t just ancient practices.
They’re an invitation to create coherence from the inside out.

The circular movement softens stored tension.
The Ujjayi breath calms and regulates the nervous system.
The Shiva Knot helps gather scattered attention back into the heart and the center of your being.

From that place, you’re no longer forcing life.

You’re relating to it from a coherent heart.

And perhaps that’s where true intuition begins—not as something mystical outside of you, but as the quiet intelligence that emerges when your body, breath, heart, and mind are finally speaking the same language.

✨ Practice with me and notice how your heart feels before… and after.
Your body already knows the way.

🌊 Ujjayi Breath — 3-5 minutes practices May shift completely your state .

Ujjayi, often called Ocean Breath, is a slow, conscious breath through the nose. By gently narrowing the back of the throat, the breath creates a soft ocean-like sound while remaining smooth and effortless.

In this practice, the tongue rests softly against the soft palate, encouraging relaxation of the jaw and throat while drawing awareness inward.

Benefits include:

* Regulates the nervous system
* Stimulates vagal tone, supporting the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) response
* Increases focus and presence
* Creates a sense of inner steadiness and warmth

The intention isn’t to breathe harder, but to breathe more consciously.

🔱 Shiva Knot Mudra

The Shiva Knot Mudra is practiced by interlacing the fingers while the thumbs gently connect, creating a symbolic “knot.”

This gesture represents the integration of inner polarities—strength and softness, action and stillness, masculine and feminine qualities. Rather than separating these energies, the mudra invites them to work together in harmony.

As you hold the mudra during breath and movement, it becomes a reminder to gather your scattered energy, cultivate inner stability, and reconnect with your center.
