الزملاء الاعزاء من جميع التخصصات الطبية لحظت مؤخرا في المرضيّ المترددين علي عيادتي زيادة عدد المرضي الذين يشربون المشروبات الكحولية خصوصا مع التوسع في السياحة العلاجية من الحنسيات الاخري و لان معظم الاطباء في مصر بخلاف من عمل في المجتمعات الغربية ربما ليس له علم بتقسيمة المشروبات الكحولية داخل التاريخ المرضي للحالات ، حيث ان التصنيف شديد الأهمية في العديد من الأمراض و العقاقير العلاجية ، لذا قررت مشاركة هذه التقسيمة معكم عسي ان ينتفع بها احد .

لا يتناول المواد الكحولية non alcoholic : هو كل من يشرب الكحول مرة كل ١٠ سنوات او اكثر او لا يشرب نهائيا

نادر الشرب (rare ) : هو كل من يشرب كل ٥ سنوات

شارب حفلات (party drinker : كل من يشرب مرة في العام

متوسط الشرب (moderate ) : كل من يشرب مرتين في العام

شارب متقطع (occasionally) : كل من يشرب مره شهريا

شارب تحت السيطرة (controlled ) : كل من يشرب مرتين شهريا

شارب منتظم (regular) : كل من يشرب مرة اسبوعياً

معتاد علي الشرب (heavy): كل من يشرب مرتين اسبوعياً

مفرط في شرب الكحول mild alcoholic: كل يشرب مرة كل يومين

مفرط جدا في شرب الكحول )excessive alcoholic ): كل من يشرب يوميا

مدمن كحوليات alcoholic : كل من يشرب صباحا و مساءا بصفه يوميا

First case of Palestinian war victims, 18 years old girl with 40cm2 forehead defect (bone exposure), was treated before by skin grafts. We performed an ALT Free flap (ultra-thin ) + vien graft for elongation.
Special thanks for my mentor Dr. Fontdevila for his advices, help in surgical planning and for the general surgery star Dr. Hany Gaballah for his kind assistance.

Yesterday I had a very interesting case of massive sub-Galeal abscess as a sequel of infected scalp hair follicle. This case was missed diagnosed by a plastic surgeon who referred him to a dermatologist by his turn referred him to general surgeon who referred it to me . The misdiagnosis happened due to the CT report which stated only the inflammation above and neglected the abscess formation at the deep plan, important note to young surgeons learn how to read the radiology films without depending mainly on the report.
