🌍 We're hiring an International Project Coordinator.
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional to coordinate the design, launch, operational management, and evaluation of an innovative global initiative focused on mental health, advanced clinical frameworks, and professional education.
What we're looking for:
• English: Bilingual or Full Professional Proficiency (C1/C2).
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience in project coordination, international project management, or digital event coordination.
• Familiarity with the global psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy ecosystem and innovative mental health frameworks.
• Experience managing digital platforms, professional social media, and outreach or email campaigns.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Residency in Barcelona or surrounding areas is highly valued.
What you'll be doing:
• Coordinate the launch and operational management of the project's digital platform.
• Manage communications, digital presence, and international outreach.
• Coordinate webinars, live sessions, and international panels.
• Act as the main point of contact for the Advisory Board and international partners.
• Support participant admissions, information management, and project evaluation.

📍 Remote (Barcelona or surrounding areas highly valued)
⏱️ Part-time (4 hours/day)
