The edible ocean that naturally heals your gut! 🍉
This is the most refreshing, easy snack. It takes just minutes to put together, looks absolutely gorgeous, and hits the spot when you want something sweet but healthy.
Ingredients:
• Unflavored gelatin (Gut repair and skin elasticity)
• Blue spirulina 🌊 (Phycocyanin and intense anti-inflammatory)
• Chopped watermelon 🍉 (Lycopene and hydration)
• Bloomed chia seeds 🌱 (Omega-3s and gut-sweeping fiber)
How to make it:
1. Melt your gelatin in warm water and mix in a tiny bit of blue spirulina 🌊.
2. Pour a small layer of the blue liquid into the bottom of a glass.
3. Add your chopped watermelon 🍉.
4. Spoon in a layer of bloomed chia seeds 🌱.
5. Top it off with the rest of your blue gelatin mix.
6. Pop it in the fridge until firm and enjoy!
