We believe movement transforms lives. Yoga, mindfulness, functional training, workshops, group classes...

We aim to improve our awareness of self, connections with others and create stronger communities and teams to support us through the journey of life. WE BELIEVE MOVEMENT TRANSFORMS LIVES

At arimateu we strive to enable others to live happier, healthier lives through movement for body and mind wellbeing. We believe it is more urgent than ever that the body-mind-spirit connection becomes a focus in our lives. We are dedicated to cultivating a positive energy, starting with thoughts and attitudes (emotional movement) that affect the physical body, all the way down to the energy-producing mitochondria in each cell (physical movement). We aim to improve our awareness of self, connections with others and create stronger communities and teams to support us through the journey of everyday life.
