• Straighten up what you can straighten up and stop saying things that make you week.

• Do not do things that you hate.

• Act so you can tell the truth about HOW you act.

• Set your house in perfect order before you criticize the world.

• If old memories still make you cry, write them down. Carefully and completely.

• Be the one who does things, instead of the one who is seen to do things.

• Assume that the person you are listening to, might know something you need to know. Listen to them hard enough so that they will share it with you.

• Make at least one thing better every single place you go.

Your body is a map and a storage house of every experience you ever had.

• Chronic tension in upper back is connected to grief, sorrow and sadness. It is where emotions that are connected to heartbreak and loss are stored.

• Tension in the neck might be connected to imbalances in throat chakra. Do you live true to yourself? Can you be authentic self around others? How freely you express yourself?

• Pain in a lower back can be related to feelings of low self worth and a lack of self acceptance.
