Every Thursday morning, we gather at the beach in Barcelona for a guided Breathwork and Meditation experience to reset your nervous system, reconnect with yourself… and then connect with each other.

Headphones on. Eye mask on.
For 60 minutes, you drop out of the noise and into your inner world.

Each week is guided by a different facilitator, bringing their own energy into the space.

And if you feel brave… we go for a quick ocean dip after 🌊

The energy of these photos says it all. 🤍
On Saturday we guided a Transformative Flow session. An active meditation where we moved, breathed, danced and smiled. Some cried, many connected, with themselves and with others.

We began with yoga by . Then we moved into the Flow. After that we enjoyed the incredible spa. We closed the morning with an amazing brunch and community moments 🫂

6 days of shedding, softening and returning home.

A retreat for the ones ready to stop performing, and start feeling. For the ones brave enough to slow down.
To cry. To laugh. To be witnessed.
To take our masks off and say: “This is who I am when I stop trying to be someone else.”

We breathed through old stories. We listened to our bodies. We met our shadows and remembered our wholeness.

To every soul who showed up: You made this retreat what it was. Raw, real and sacred. We are forever grateful.
