Summer Course – Day 1 Highlights ✨

We stepped into the energy of Summer — the season of realization, of blossoming and expression.

☀️ In the morning, we grounded ourselves in the Watersheds (Jing Mai 經脈 & Jing Jin 經筋) and the movement of Water within them.

🌬️ We explored the celestial and terrestrial patterns of breath in Nature, and opened the field of Directional Medicine 方醫.

🌿 In the afternoon, we embodied the upper Taiyang, Shaoyin and Jueyin — sensing their presence in Nature and in the human body.

“The King and Queen attain abundance. Be not sad. Be like the sun of midday.” — Yi Jing

✨ We also had the joy of welcoming Dr. Xavier Aupí, who shared his unique interpretation of the universe, bridging classical Chinese medicine and physics.

🙏 And with deep gratitude, we honoured the work of Dr. Edward Neal, whose groundbreaking research in the Neijing continues to inspire and guide the expansion of this wisdom.

A full day of deep presence, seasonal wisdom, and embodied learning.
