Immediate Post-Op Transformation: Primary Rhinoplasty
This case required strategic structural modification to address a long nose and a severely hanging columella.
Surgical Approach:
Length Reduction: Septal caudal resection to shorten the nasal length and optimize the nasolabial angle.
Columellar Correction: Tongue-in-groove technique and medial crural repositioning to tuck the hanging columella and establish a stable, balanced profile.
Immediate on-table results show a refined, proportioned tip-to-lip relationship while maintaining structural integrity and airway patency.
