🏠 Why I don’t manage many holiday homes.

And why this is good news for homeowners.

I deliberately choose to work with only a limited number of properties.

Because personal care is not possible when a service manages dozens of houses at the same time.

I want to know every home.
I want to understand what matters to the owner.
And I want to be able to check, control and care for each property personally.

For me, quality always comes before quantity.

That way, your holiday home is never “one of many” —
it is treated with the attention it deserves.
