"We live in a world of absolute competition, in which we are taught to constantly seek our mistakes and weaknesses to correct them in order to be better than others.
I would like to propose something different. It is my belief that EVERY HUMAN BEING has certain strengths, gifts, abilities and skills that are important and useful. That is why I want to encourage you to find yours and amplify them until they become excellent. Only like that will you truly outshine others. You will be standing on an already higher place. Those who focus on correcting their weaknesses and defects start from a lower place and therefore need to work much harder to reach the higher positions. BUILD YOURSELF ON THE POSITIVE.
Today, I would also like to encourage you to celebrate every achievement you make on your journey, no matter how small, because each celebration will be a confirmation of your progress to your brain, which will then continue encouraging you.
Each achievement deserves a celebration. Allow yourself to have it. Stop punishing yourself so much for each mistake or failure and focus instead on moving forward and celebrating each step you actually take. There will be both on your way, failure and success, but walking it in the positive will offer you that impulse that you need, instead of slowing you down. Try it!"

Let me first thank all of you for the loving messages you sent me yesterday. Your care and love really warmed my heart. It was a memorable birthday. Thank you, from my heart to yours.
I also want to share a thought that I published today in our group por 55+ because it might touch some of you out there:
"I turned 58 yesterday and today I was thinking that when I was younger I saw people over 50 as old, done, without any life left to live... Gosh! I look inside me today and feel the same strength and the same will that I had back then. I don't feel old at all! It is true that I have certain limitations and aches and pains, the former because of my accidents, the latter because everyone has some but none of that robs me of my deep desire to live, explore, investigate, feel, vibrate...
I want to tell you something very simple today, DON'T LET YOUR AGE DICTATE YOUR LIFE. You decide. You choose. I choose to continue living and enjoying. There is so much I want to do!
Whatever you choose for yourself will be perfect for you, even if different from what I choose for myself. What matters is that you choose it willingly and consciously.
Whatever you choose, choose it because you want to and not because your age tells you to.
