I earned my yoga teaching certification through CorePower Yoga in San Diego, CA in 2010. I currently live in Valencia, Spain and love the community of international yogis we've created through our classes. Classes are currently held weekly on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the riverbed near the City of Arts and Sciences. Online classes to celebrate the New Moon and Full Moon are also offered. Stay updated on Facebook for class times and cancelations. I also host events at various restaurants in the city (Yoga and Wine, Yoga and Brunch, Full Moon Yoga at the Beach, etc) and international yoga retreats. 🌟 Sunset Sunday Yoga in the park!

✨ Our final 7pm Sunday session of the season. Join us for a beautiful sunset class in the Turia park, near the City of Arts and Sciences. A moment for you to set aside the past week and set intentions for the week ahead. A lighthearted, spirit-nourishing yoga experience in community.

All levels are welcome to join us.

Sunny Sunday Yoga will move to 12:00 at the end of the month (please check the calendar for the exact schedule).

Sundays are 5€, please bring cash and pay upon arrival. You'll need to bring a mat or towel and water. Location is pinned to the link in my profile. I'll post the exact location to my stories once I set up.

We're going to the Philippines! PUNTA PUNTA SURF RETREAT will be your home-away-from-home for a week in tropical paradise.

The intinerary is absolutely epic. Wake up in your beautiful bungalow with sea views. Step onto your mat for a vinyasa flow, and then enjoy a delicious homemade brunch.

Your days will be perfectly balanced with island adventures and exploration, along with downtime to relax and take in the beauty and culture of Siargao. Boat trips, tropical islands, snorkeling, and fun workshops like dyeing your own sarong with natural dyes and a cooking class with the locals!

Or add on an optional surfing lesson with experienced guides for a day on the water. Where are my surfer girls at?!

A massage is included for every participant (but you may decide to add on a couple more during your stay!)

Round off the evening with a nourishing yin yoga session after a dip in the pool. As the sun sets, we will gather around the table for a delicous dinner at Punta Punta, or head into town with a group dinner at a local restaurant.

I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am for this retreat together. The ultimate Inscape Journey!

It doesn't always happen like this, but when it does, the excitement is contagious!

🇬🇷 We are headed to Amorgos, Greece in September 2027! With revealing a quick sneak peek on Instagram and gathering some interest in a European retreat next year, the idea was quickly formed.

I sent out an email to the group who joined the VIP list, and by the time I woke up in the morning, rooms were being requested, deposits were being made, and travel plans were on their way! Our Greece retreat sold out faster than any retreat in the past!

I'm so humbled and overwhelmed with joy. Retreating with you is my absolute favorite thing and I'm ecstatic about sharing Greece together!

🥥 Philippines, July 19-26! is a tropical paradise. A couple of rooms are still available for this epic adventure!

🧘🏻‍♀️ I'm considering a local retreat in February, for those who'd like to stay closer to home. February 12-14, 2027 at Benali Rural Retreats. Shared and private rooms available (pricing around 550€-700€, depending on room type, all-inclusive). Let me know if you are interested!

🇲🇦 If you're feeling spontaneous, we have one room that opened up for our Morocco retreat this month, October 15-18! I decided to share a room (one of my besties is coming from California!), so we now have one spot available!

It's feels like a trust fall. A squeezing your eyes shut, falling into the unknown, and trusting what happens next.

This month's full moon is a chance to really let go. To close chapters (full books even), to sever ties, to walk away. Whatever no longer aligns, needs to go.

But in order to do that, you need to believe that you are truly worth what lies on the other side of letting go. You need to be willing to honor your dreams, those nudges of the heart, the sense of longing and then... Have the courage to take the leap.

You've got this.
