I earned my yoga teaching certification through CorePower Yoga in San Diego, CA in 2010. I currently live in Valencia, Spain and love the community of international yogis we

've created through our classes. Classes are currently held weekly on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the riverbed near the City of Arts and Sciences. Online classes to celebrate the New Moon and Full Moon are also offered. Stay updated on Facebook for class times and cancelations. I also host events at various restaurants in the city (Yoga and Wine, Yoga and Brunch, Full Moon Yoga at the Beach, etc) and international yoga retreats. Sharing some photos from my recent visit to Farm Finn and the charming blue city of Chefchaouen, Morocco. I was mesmerized by the peaceful pace in this corner of Morocco. Farm Finn is a true eco escape, tucked away in nature. Walk through the wild flowers to pick the fruits and vegetables you'll enjoy during your meals. Watch the sunset over the mountains as you listen to nature's lullaby as the sky loses its light. Walk through the mountains to head to the cutest village for shopping and yummy food. It's a cultural immersion, with a slower pace. Leaving you feel rejuvenated, rather than overstimulated or overwhelmed.

We'll enjoy daily movement practices, with incredible views. Spend time in stillness, floating in the pool, or reading a book in one of the cozy corners of the farm. Take your time. I'll take care of the details so you can sit back, relax and .

🧜🏽‍♀️ Reminiscing about living our best mermaid lives on Vis, Croatia.

What a special week we shared in one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. A week enjoying the simple luxuries of life. Nourishing meals, quality time, meaningful conversation with new friends, nature in its purest of forms, and endless laughter. We lingered through slow days until the sun set and we found ourselves slowly surrendering to the gentleness of the night.

It was an unforgettable week, one I will cherish forever.

Thank you Estate under the Paintbrush-Imanje pod kistom, Vis Island for welcoming us into your beautiful home and treating us like family.

Immense gratitude to the beautiful group of wild-hearted women who said "yes" to this adventure. My heart is overflowing with love for you all!

🌝 Tonight's eclipse brings about big energies. If you feel inclined to retreat into silence and withdraw, listen to that intuition. If you are drawn to share your energy and witness the visionary magic of the eclipse, tap into that desire.

🌔 Wherever you are tonight, connect with the heartspace. Allow the momentary darkness to symbolize "turning off" the outside noise. Give yourself space to turn off the need for external approval or permission to be yourself.

🌓 Place your hand over your heart and ask yourself "Who am I?" "Who do I desire to be?" "How do I want to show up in my life?"

🌒 Let the darkness of the eclipse give you a moment to turn towards your own inner light. Who are you, when everything on the outside disappears? Have you been waiting for permission to express a desire, chase a dream or follow your heart?

🌑 This new moon and solar eclipse activate a sense of heart-centered courage. Use it as a catalyst for change. An opportunity to finally choose YOU.

There is something special about yoga in August. Time slows down. Creating more space for depth in our practice, and moments to linger in connection. New friends and old friends gather in the warmth of the summer light. It's quiet and peaceful. A city that feels like it belongs to us, just for the moment.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Our next beach yoga class will be on Tuesday, August 25th at 19:15. Playa Patacona (exact meeting point will be sent to you upon booking).

🌔 Join us for an "almost full" moon to set intentions and ground in community during the powerfully energetic week of the full moon. As the moon rises over the sea, we'll flow together on the sand.

🍹 Stay for sunset after class, bring a picnic, or grab a drink from the chiringuito! We'll linger together at the beach as the sun sets over the horizon and we reflect on the summer season with new friends.

My heart was filled with so much gratitude as I saw these smiling faces, smiling back at me. Community means so much to me and these smiles represent a deep sense of connection and friendship. 11 years of sharing yoga in Valencia with this community has added so much magic and meaning to my life.

As I gazed back at you, I was reminded of my own journey here. The years of expansion and evolution. Whether you've been with me for a decade, or this was your first class with me, I want you to know how much I appreciate you.

These moments are so much more than "a yoga class" for me. They ground me. Help me to feel connected. They offer me a sense of purpose. A space to grow and learn. They remind me of beauty, love and magic - all wrapped up in the way you smile back at me.

So, thank you. Thank you for being a part of my life. A part of this community. For your smile and laughter, your words of gratitude and reflection, your tears and your hugs. Thank you for it all.

Use this month's full moon as a catalyst for change. A chance to let go of the limitations that are too tight for you now. The old identities that no longer fit. Reflect on what you've outgrown and give your permission to move on. To evolve.

The full moon is giving you the opportunity to release. To release the burdens of the past and to witness what happens when you let go. You now have space to manifest in a way that you've never done before.

Dream bigger. The greatest, brightest version of yourself is waiting for your permission to break free and step out into the world. Who are you when your fears, doubts, insecurities and limiting beliefs are no longer taking control of your identity? I can't wait to see 👀.
