✨ ENERGY IN MOTION – A JOURNEY BACK TO YOURSELF ✨

“Energy in Motion” is a two-hour guided journey out of the mind and into your body, emotions and chakras.

We begin with a meditation that allows you to arrive within yourself and become aware of what is present—even emotions and shadow aspects that often have no space in everyday life.

During this time, I, Anke from Ankes Kartenwelt, accompany you through my energetic chakra work, helping your energy flow and reconnecting you more deeply with yourself.

Afterwards, music and free, intuitive movement give everything that has opened within you space to be expressed through your body.

No choreography. No right or wrong. No pressure. You do not need to know how to dance—simply move in the way that feels right for you.

“Energy in Motion” es un viaje guiado de dos horas para salir de la mente y conectar con tu cuerpo, tus emociones y tus chakras.

Comenzamos con una meditación que te permite llegar a ti y percibir lo que está presente en tu interior, incluidas emociones y sombras que muchas veces no encuentran espacio en la vida cotidiana.

Durante este tiempo, yo, Anke de Ankes Kartenwelt, te acompaño con mi trabajo energético a través de los chakras, ayudándote a poner tu energía en movimiento y a conectar más profundamente contigo.

Después, la música y el movimiento libre e intuitivo permiten expresar a través del cuerpo todo aquello que se haya abierto en tu interior.

Sin coreografía. Sin una forma correcta o incorrecta. Sin presión. No necesitas saber bailar: simplemente muévete como tu cuerpo lo sienta.
