Vale. Maybe I exaggerated a little bit 🤣. It’s not complete handmade. We use machines for pressing... 😇 but we pick it for hand, and we talk to our trees and giving them love 💕

We do love our olive oil! Have you tried it? Did you like it? 😍

Wihoo! Autumn brunch is coming ❤️

It was a loooong summer and now it’s time to clean your body and mind 🫶

On Saturday 19th we are having a wonderful yoga & brunch morning ☺️.
After the summer a lot of us get the feeling of getting into new routines, focus on more healthy food and giving the body some extra energy. So this morning we will do just that.

A talk & yoga with Eri followed by a delicious and healthy brunch made by Yani the Alkaline Witch 🧙💛

We are so happy & super proud to welcome Ruben Yon'ton to Spain and Casa by Eri for a magical Drum Birth ceremony Friday the 23rd of October ✨

A 10 hours magical day, a unique and beautiful experience - we are beyond excited! 😍

“Each drum carries a heartbeat long before the first strike.

These gathering are not only about crafting an instrument, but about entering into relationship with it. Throughout the day we work with intention, presence and ritual, giving birth to a companion that will continue walking with you for many years to come.

If you have been feeling the call to create your own drum, I would be honored to share this journey with you”

Un día mágico de 10 horas, una experiencia única y hermosa... no podemos estar más emocionados! 😍

”Cada tambor lleva un latido dentro mucho antes del primer golpe.

Estos encuentros no van solo de fabricar un instrumento, sino de conectar y crear una relación con él. Durante todo el día trabajaremos con intención, presencia y rituales, dando a luz a un compañero que caminará a tu lado durante muchísimos años.

Si has estado sintiendo la llamada para crear tu propio tambor, sería un honor para mí compartir este viaje contigo”.

Short version of a long reel 😅

Before you through yourself back into life after a break. It can be post holiday, a retreat, or just some time of self reflection.

1. Make a 3 month calendar on a paper
2. Put a heart next to the date of your do something you like that day or of you succeeded to break a bad habit that day
3. Feel your life start to flow in a more positive way 🥰

You can also use different symbols.
❤️ for a thing you did of self-care
🤨 for a thing you did that you shouldn’t do (that will happen)
Sometimes a day have more then one symbol and that’s ok. Try to give yourself more hearts. Because you are worth it 🫶

Our vacation time is going to an end… on Wednesday we are back with Yin yoga at 09.00. 75 min. All levels.
