REIKI LEVEL 1 COURSE IN FISTERRA, GALICIA

Have you ever been curious about Reiki and energy healing, but wanted to learn it in a grounded, practical and authentic way?

This two day Reiki Level 1 course is designed for complete beginners who would like to learn how to work with Reiki for self healing, relaxation, stress reduction and supporting the wellbeing of others.

The course takes place in Fisterra, Galicia, on the wild Atlantic coast at the end of the Camino de Santiago. Many people choose to combine the training with a holiday, Camino pilgrimage or a period of personal reflection and renewal.

During the training you will learn:

• The history and principles of Reiki
• How Reiki works and how to work with energy safely
• Self treatment techniques for daily life
• Reiki treatments for friends, family and clients
• Practical exercises and hands on practice
• How Reiki can support emotional wellbeing, relaxation and inner balance

The course includes attunements, a manual, practical training and ongoing guidance.

Available as a private one to one course or in small groups.

Taught in English.

Ideal for travellers, expats, wellness practitioners, yoga teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals and anyone interested in personal growth, holistic health and energy healing.
