I’m Lidia, the woman who will personally welcome and accompany you during your retreat.

My work began with the body. Through Californian massage, restorative bodywork, meditation and transpersonal approaches, I have accompanied more than 5,000 people.

That experience has taught me something important:

We do not always need more information, more effort or another demanding programme.

Sometimes we need to feel safe, slow down and allow the body to stop holding everything together.

Retreats Costa del Sol was created from that understanding.

This is not a large retreat centre or an impersonal hotel. It is an intimate space in the countryside of Frigiliana, where each experience is prepared personally and with genuine care.

When you arrive, you are not simply another booking. Your retreat is created around you.

Two lifelong friends, reunited after many years apart.

One of them travelled all the way from the Caribbean for this long-awaited reunion — crossing the world to spend precious time with someone who has always remained close, despite the distance.

Their Spa Day was much more than massages, lunch and time by the pool. It was a day to reconnect, laugh, remember old stories and create new memories together.

And because I’m also Jo’s friend, I had the pleasure of relaxing with them by the pool for a little while, sharing their laughter and enjoying the beautiful atmosphere of their reunion.

I have also conducted specific research into its potential to support personal-development processes.

Every session begins with a brief consultation and is carefully adapted to your needs, boundaries and current stage of life.

📍 Sessions take place in my private space in Frigiliana, in a peaceful and intimate setting between the sea and the mountains.

For those who feel the need to pause and explore this work more deeply, I also offer **private two-night retreats**, either individually or for two people, including daily massage, nature, silence, nourishing food and time for integration.

A dedicated space to rest, listen to your body and support the regulation of your nervous system.

Massage does not replace psychotherapy and is not a clinical intervention, but it can be a valuable complement to a journey of self-discovery or talking therapy.

✨ Who needs Bali when you have Frigiliana… a 🌸 SPA DAY🌸 and a Sound Bath and a "cell celebration" 🎂? ✨

What was meant to be a dream trip to Bali… turned into something unexpectedly even more special.

A beautiful mother and her two daughters arrived to celebrate her birthday after their trip had been cancelled. Instead of disappointment, they chose something different: to create a meaningful experience together… here in Nerja.

And to make one of her lifelong dreams come true — a private sound bath.

So I made it happen.

Manuel, an incredible musician, came with his instruments and created a one-hour journey of sound, vibration and deep presence.
Starting gently, guiding them in… and then allowing waves of frequencies to flow through the body, reaching every single cell.

There are no words for what unfolded.
Only silence, emotion… and that feeling when something truly touches you from the inside.

They left glowing. Soft. Moved.

And honestly… after five years creating Spa Days, this has been one of the most special ones.
