Romanticize the little things. ✨

Your favorite coffee. Slow mornings. Long walks. Good food. Music that makes you feel alive. Clothes that make you feel like you.

You don’t need a completely different life to feel happier. Sometimes you just need to start noticing, creating and choosing the moments that make the life you already have feel more like yours.

Fall in love with your life — one tiny moment at a time. 🤍

I’ve been teaching yoga and Pilates for many years now, and one thing I’ve learned is this:

Teaching is so much more than the 50-60 minutes you see.

Every class starts long before anyone walks into the studio. It begins with planning a thoughtful sequence, considering different bodies and abilities, learning, refining cues, setting up the space, creating an atmosphere, and showing up fully present.

A great class isn’t just a workout. It’s an experience.

It’s holding space for people who might be carrying stress, self-doubt, grief, excitement, or simply the weight of a long day. It’s noticing when someone needs encouragement, when someone needs to be challenged, and when someone just needs permission to breathe.

Whether it’s yoga or Pilates, that’s the part of teaching I love most.

The movement is only one piece of it. The intention behind it is what truly makes the difference. 🤍

P.S. This video is a timelapse of my brainstorming process while creating a class. I’m testing ideas, transitions, and sequencing—not doing the actual class I’ll be teaching or my own practice. 😊

One bolster. Countless ways to support your body. 🤍

Yin Yoga doesn’t have to be complicated to be deeply effective. Sometimes the simplest sequences become the ones our students remember most.

By staying with one prop and simply changing our relationship to it, we create space to soften, release unnecessary tension, and gently invite the nervous system into a state of rest. It’s a beautiful reminder that less really can be more.

As teachers, we don’t need endless transitions or complicated choreography. Thoughtful sequencing, clear intention, and understanding why we choose each pose often create the most meaningful experience.

This is exactly what we explore inside my Yin Yoga Teacher Training —how to design intelligent, creative, and nourishing classes that truly support your students.

✨ The Early Bird has been extended, and I’d love to welcome you this autumn.

Child’s Pose is so much more than a resting pose. 🤍

It’s an invitation to slow down.

To soften your breath.
To release unnecessary tension.
To remind your nervous system that you’re safe.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, Child’s Pose gently invites us to do less—and sometimes, that’s exactly what our body needs.

The most transformative part of your practice isn’t always the strongest pose or the deepest stretch.

Sometimes, it’s simply giving yourself permission to pause.

✨ Stay for a few extra breaths the next time you find yourself in Child’s Pose. Your body might thank you for it.

Feeling a little meh? Try breathing before reaching for another coffee. ☕✨

The Breath of Joy is one of my favorite ways to shake off stagnant energy, wake up the body, and reset the mind.

Three quick inhales. One big exhale. Repeat a few rounds… and notice how different you feel.

It might look a little funny—but feeling better is always worth it. 💛

When did healing become so expensive?

Somewhere along the way, social media turned healing into an aesthetic.

Designer activewear.
€15 matcha.
Colorful supplements.
Luxury retreats.
10-step skincare routines.
The perfect morning routine.
The perfect yoga pose.
The perfect sunset.

Suddenly, healing started looking like something you had to buy.

But real healing?

It’s rarely photogenic.

It looks like going to bed earlier.
Drinking enough water.
Going for a walk when you don’t feel like it.
Moving your body.
Breathing.
Having uncomfortable conversations.
Repeating the boring basics… over and over again.

Those things probably won’t go viral.

But they might just change your life.

Maybe healing was never meant to be a lifestyle.
Maybe it was always meant to be a relationship with yourself.

In 2019, I genuinely thought I had found myself.

Not because I was in Bali.
Not because everything was perfect.
But because for the first time in a long time, I felt fully alive.

I felt free.
Connected.
Excited about life.

And if I’m honest, there are moments when I still miss that version of me.

Not the location.
Not the palm trees.
Not the smoothie bowls.

Her.

The woman who woke up in the morning feeling like she was exactly where she was supposed to be.

Since then, life has been beautiful in many ways.

I’ve traveled to incredible places.
I’ve built a career.
I’ve taught hundreds of students.
I’ve fallen in love.
I’ve had my heart broken.
I’ve adopted two tiny dogs that completely changed my life.

And yet…

Sometimes I wonder if you’ve ever felt this too:

Looking back at an old photo and thinking,
“Was that the happiest version of me?”

The older I get, the more I realize that maybe we don’t miss places.

We miss how we felt in them.

And maybe the work isn’t finding our way back.

Maybe it’s creating a life that makes us feel that alive again.

Different place.
Different version.
Same spark.

I’m still figuring that part out. 🤍

Have you ever grieved a past version of yourself?
